Service delivery
Shipping and delivery policy. Effective 14 October 2026.
Vyom HRM is software provided online by Keenminds Technologies Private Limited. Nothing is shipped physically: there are no goods, no courier and no delivery charges. Everything you buy is delivered to you over the internet.
How you get access
- Free trial: your workspace is created as soon as you finish signing up at portal.vyomhrm.com/signup, and the sign-in details are emailed to the address you gave.
- Paid plan: once your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway, your invoice is marked paid and your workspace continues, or is upgraded, straight away. If you paid by bank transfer, this happens when we receive the money, normally within 1 working day.
- Set-up and migration services, where ordered, are delivered online within the timeline agreed in your order.
Invoices and receipts
Invoices, receipts and payment confirmations are emailed to your billing contact and are available in your workspace. GST invoices carry Keenminds Technologies Private Limited's GSTIN [[TO FILL: GSTIN]].
If something has not arrived
If you have paid and your access has not been activated within 24 hours, or you have not received a sign-in email, write to support@keenminds.in with your workspace name and payment reference. We will resolve it, or refund you under our refund and cancellation policy.
Where we provide the service
Vyom HRM is offered to businesses in India and is billed in Indian rupees. It can be used from any location with an internet connection.
